Meet Lexx
Born and raised in Connecticut, Lexx moved to in Denver 8 years ago after graduating from Florida State University, and has been farming mushrooms for five years. When she’s not farming you can probably find her telling anybody that will listen “I’M A FARMER,” in a hot yoga studio, snowboarding in the mountains, making a craft or at the dog park. You can almost guarantee she’s listening to King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard.
Meet Matt
Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Matt moved to Denver 15 years ago and never looked back. An entrepreneur at heart, Matt conceptualized Furst Class Fungi from our basement during Covid, and it’s been blowing up ever since. When he’s not brainstorming ways to improve efficiency and quality, you can find Matt on the golf course or in the bowling alley, watching a podcast or documentary, or listening to niche techno.
